The Assault is the first troop unlocked in the Training Compund. It can be upgraded at the Ballistics Lab.

Wielding an M4A1 assault rifle, the Assault is a troop which can be lethal when used in huge groups. It has a low DPS and health points, so try to avoid Howitzers and Bouncing Bettys when using them. Though they have low DPS and health points, their cost is really low compared with other troops, so it can be used as a farming troop, and by having air/ground targeting and having just 1 deployment occupacy, it is a good troop for the Communications Centre.
